Earlier this month, our esteemed Academic Consultant, Tejal Bhatt, led a series of workshops meticulously crafted to empower our faculty and staff with the necessary tools and insights to ensure the wellbeing of our students. These workshops were not just routine sessions; they were immersive experiences designed to equip our educators with cutting-edge information and strategies.

The first part of the workshop focused on Safeguarding, a critical aspect of our commitment to student safety. Our dedicated teaching faculty underwent intensive training to identify and address any signs of potential harm to our students. Delving deep into the intricacies of various forms vulnerabilities children can face outside of school, the workshop equipped educators with the knowledge and skills to create a safe and supportive environment within the school premises.

Building upon this foundation, the second part of the workshop delved into Positive Behavior Strategies (PBS). Through introspective exercises and profound discussions, our team explored the art of maintaining composure and empathy during interactions with students. Our teachers reflected on their own lived experiences as students, and recognizing the profound impact of a teacher’s words and actions on their students, the workshop emphasized the importance of fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
